Introduction

KL Sentral (Kuala Lumpur Sentral) is the main hub of all public transport in Kuala Lumpur. Located in Brickfields, this is a landmark area. KL Sentral is also a business and financial hub. Opened in April 2001, KL Sentral is the largest railway station in Malaysia.

KL Sentral makes travel easy within Malaysia. Every possible mode of transportation is available from here to many places in Malaysia. There are also a lot of residences here.

Train Services

The Express Rail Link (ERL) is the airport link service having KLIA Ekspres and KLIA transit service. The KLIA Ekspres is a non-stop service to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). The journey time is 28 minutes. The KLIA transit stops at intermediate stations between KL Sentral and KLIA.

KTM Komuter train service runs around Klang Valley. The LRT Kelana Jaya Line connects various important parts of Kuala Lumpur. MRT Kajang line runs through part of Klang Valley.

The KL Monorail runs through Bukit Bintang, the popular entertainment place of Kuala Lumpur. KTM Intercity connects other cities of Malaysia to Kuala Lumpur. There is electric train service to some cities.

RapidKL buses connects various parts of Kuala Lumpur. There are buses to airport, Genting Highlands and even to Singapore from here.
