Introduction
Genting Highlands is a hill station located at Mount Ulu Kali at a height of about 1800 meters (5900 feet). The main tourist attraction is the Resorts World Genting. There are theme parks and casinos here. There are some hotels providing accommodation at Resorts World Genting. Many visitors visit this place every year.

How to get to Genting Highlands
Buses from KL Sentral take about 1-1/2 hour to go to Awana Bus Terminal and costs one-way about MYR 10. From there the cable car ride takes 10 minutes to Genting Highlands and costs one-way about MYR 10. The first Aero bus is at 7.45 AM and the last at 7.30 PM.

The taxi from KL Sentral to Genting Highlands takes about an hour and may cost one-way around MYR 150.
The Day trip package from KL Sentral to Awana Skyway and return may cost around MYR 125.

Awana Skyway
This runs cable cars from Awana Station to Genting Highlands. The gondola ride takes about 10 minutes. The standard gondola normal boarding lanes are A, B, C and the express boarding lane is D. For Glass floor gondola, there is a dedicated boarding at Lane E. There is a complimentary stopover at Chin Swee Caves Temple.
There is a baggage storage service here that is open 24 hours. The storages rates range from MYR 20 to MYR 60 based on the size of the baggage. One cabin size bag is allowed in the gondola.

This is a Taoist Temple near Genting Highlands. There is a stop here for gondola. The panoramic view from here is amazing.
